Linda Prafke, CMC

Linda is a Certified Management Consultant and president of BMG Business Management Group. In the past 16 years, Linda has consulted, directed, advised and trained in many industries including retail and service, healthcare, technology, education, manufacturing, transportation, forestry and numerous others. Linda’s previous management experience with not for profit corporations coupled with her business experience enable her to fully understand the needs of organizations and businesses.

Carla Dobchuk, MBA , MSA , B.Sc. - Consultant

A combination of industry experience and education provides Carla with the background for strong strategic and market planning.  Carla has designed and implemented effective marketing plans based on research and strategy. Carla has had the opportunity to research, generate, and systematize strategic plans for various organizations.  She has researched public opinion for a midsized American city and recommended strategies to increase overall community satisfaction, completed an economic impact assessment for an event center for future grant applications, researched the market feasibility for a health care industry product in an international setting and completed an IT assessment for an educational facility. She has developed business plans for various industries.

Rhoda Yakubowski, B. Ed. – Facilitator/consultant

Rhoda’s experience includes research, training design and facilitation.  Rhoda's experience provides her with an understanding of factors involved in training and development, their dynamics and how they interact to create a successful learning environment.  Her knowledge of the learning process enables her to work effectively with subject matter experts to design and develop customized training programs in a wide range of industries.  She has experience in Program Development, Marketing, Event Coordination, Recruitment & Retention initiatives.

Hilda Rose-Kadler, B. Ed – Training Director/Facilitator

Hilda brings more than 25 years of experience as a facilitator, researcher and project coordinator to BMG. Hilda has focused on human potential and brings a strong skill set which includes leadership, consulting, training and development, coaching, cultural awareness, communications, project management, and team building to promote a positive and effective environment.  Her strengths are creating programs of lasting value to maximize engagement of existing human resources. Hilda has the unique ability to work with people so they can immediately identify and implement for themselves and for their companies, the information gleaned from her training.
